Pair of male/female solar connectors for terminating solar-specific cable.
Solar connectors are the industry-standard method for providing a waterproof connection to solar panels and between solar cables. They suit cables of 2.5, 4.0 & 6.0mm² cross-section and can be terminated either by crimping or soldering. A cable gland at the end of each connector ensures a waterproof seal when tightened around the cable insulation. These are compatible with MC4 connectors and the locking tabs on the sides of the connector body are open, for easy disassembly using our solar connector spanners (see below)
