Genius Speedflash Slate Kit (SPF005)
The Genius SPF005 SpeedFlash® Kit is designed to simplify the process of installing solar panels on slate roofs. The kit is suitable for use on all slate roofs with 3-inch head-lap.
The SpeedFlash® Kit revolutionises solar installations on slate roofs by offering a quick, no-drill method that maintains roof integrity, making it ideal for slates 18 inches and larger.
Unlike the SolarFlash®, the SpeedFlash® eliminates the need to remove slates, significantly reducing installation time and the need for roofing experience. It also includes a foam seal designed to prevent light snow ingress, further preserving the roof's condition.
The kit includes the following items:
- 1 x SpeedFlash® Base and Cap
- 2 x Shims (packings)
- 1 x Foam Insert
- 1 x Spring support
The kit also includes a galvanised Steel Shield, which helps to protect the course below when cutting the slate.
